  1. Q. When would I track my order?

    A. For DHL/UPS/FedEx shipments, you can trace your order one day after receive tracking reference number from our shipping team. Shipment can be traced 1~2days after have tracking number.

  2. Q. What should I do if have customs clearance problem?

    A. Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.

    A. We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.
