Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- How can I check which frequency my phone uses? - To see which frequency band your phone is using, you can dial *3001#12345#* on your iPhone, press the call button, and check under 'Serving Cell Info' for the 'Freq Band Indicator'. Alternatively, you can use apps like 'CellMapper' or 'Network Signal Info Pro'.
- What if I need longer cables for installation? - If the standard 10-meter external cable isn't long enough for your needs, you have the option to upgrade to longer cables. This allows for a flexible installation to ensure the best signal possible.
- What happens if there is a lightning strike near my booster? - To protect your booster from lightning strikes, you can install a Lightning Surge Protector. This special device helps safeguard your equipment from electrical surges, keeping everything running safely during a storm.
- Can I use the booster for voice calls and text messages? - Yes! The mobile booster enhances both voice calls and text messages. With a better signal, you will experience clearer calls and be able to send and receive messages quickly and reliably.
