Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- What if I don’t have a 4G phone? - Even if you don’t have a 4G phone, you can still make voice calls and send texts as long as you have some signal outside. The booster will improve the service for both 4G calls and the older 2G service.
- How do I know if my phone supports 4G calling? - To check if your phone can use 4G calling, you can dial *3001#12345#* and press the call button. Then, look for 'Serving Cell Info' and check the 'Freq Band Indicator'. If it shows Band 20 or 3, you're good to go!
- What is included in the installation kit? - The installation kit includes everything you need to set up your mobile booster, such as the booster unit, outdoor and indoor antennas, cables, and a power adapter. Everything is included at one price for easy setup!
- What does 'Dual Band' mean? - 'Dual Band' means that the booster can amplify two different frequencies at the same time: 800MHz and 1800MHz. This allows it to support multiple mobile networks, ensuring better signal coverage for everyone in your home.
- How can I upgrade my signal with better antennas? - If you're experiencing weak signals indoors, you can upgrade to a higher gain Yagi antenna. This extra antenna helps catch more signal from outside, especially if your phone shows low signal strength.
- What should I do if my outdoor signal is weak? - If your outdoor signal is weak, the booster won't work effectively. To improve your signal, try to place the outdoor antenna in a location where it can pick up a better signal from the cell towers, like on a rooftop.
