Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

Alternatively, you can use apps like 'CellMapper' or 'Network Signal Info Pro' to verify.
- Does the booster create a new signal? - No, the booster does not create a new signal. It can only amplify the existing signal. If there is no signal outside your building, the booster will not be able to help.
- What is an external aerial, and do I need one? - An external aerial is the part of the booster that is placed outside. It picks up the mobile signal from the nearest cell tower. If your indoor signal is weak (like having only 1 or 2 bars), getting a stronger external aerial can improve the booster’s performance.
- Can I install the booster myself? - Yes, the booster kit comes with everything you need and is designed for easy installation. Just follow the instructions in the manual, and you should be able to set it up without needing any special help.
- What if I need longer cables for installation? - If the standard 10 meter external cable is not long enough for your area, you can choose to upgrade to longer cables. This will help you place the aerial in a better spot to get a stronger signal.
