Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- What is 4G Calling? - 4G Calling, also known as Voice over LTE (VoLTE), allows you to make clearer voice calls using the 4G network. If your phone supports this feature and you have the booster, your calls will sound much better compared to traditional calls.
- What is the difference between uplink and downlink? - Uplink refers to the signal sent from your phone to the cell tower, while downlink is the signal sent from the tower to your phone. The booster improves both uplink and downlink signals, so you can enjoy better calls and internet.
- What should I do if my phone shows low signal bars even with the booster? - If your phone still shows low signal bars after installing the booster, check if there is a signal outside your house. The booster can only work with some external signal. Make sure the outdoor antenna is positioned correctly for the best results.
- How can I check if my frequency band is compatible? - To check if your frequency band is compatible, you can use a simple code on your iPhone. Dial *3001#12345#* and press Call. Then, go to 'Serving Cell Info' and look for 'Freq Band Indicator'. This will help you determine if the booster will work for you.
