How It Works

1
The powerful antenna reaches out to access a voice and 3G, 4G, and LTE data signal, and delivers it to the booster
2
The booster receives the signal, amplifies it, and serves as a relay between your phone and the nearest cell tower.
3
Your devices get increased cell reception, and calls and data are fed through the booster back to the network.
Get stronger signal

Normal Cell Coverage
Dropped calls and slow data are generally caused by three things: distance from a cell tower, building materials in your home or office, or obstruction from tall objects such as trees, topography, and buildings.
Signal Coverage with our booster
Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
DO NOT POWER ON THE DEVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS SETUP.

- What is a 3G mobile signal booster? - A 3G mobile signal booster is a device that helps improve your mobile phone's signal. It takes the weak signal from outside and makes it stronger inside your home or office. This means you can make calls and use the internet more easily!
- How does the 3G booster work? - The 3G booster works by receiving the mobile signal from outside, amplifying it, and then sending it inside to your devices like smartphones or tablets. It helps everyone in the building enjoy better signal quality.
- Which networks does the 3G booster support? - This booster supports popular networks in Brazil, including Vivo, TIM, Claro, Oi, Nextel, Algar, and Sercomtel. If you're using one of these carriers, the booster will work well for you!
- How big of an area does this booster cover? - The 3G booster can cover an area of up to 100 square meters. This makes it perfect for small apartments or offices where multiple people need good signal quality.
- Can I use the booster even if there is no signal outside? - Unfortunately, the booster cannot create a signal. If there is no mobile signal outside your building, the booster will not work. It's meant to enhance an existing weak signal.
- What do I need to install the booster? - The kit comes with everything you need for installation! It includes an external antenna, cables, an indoor antenna, a booster base unit, and a power adapter. All at one low price!
- What is the difference between 850MHz and 2100MHz? - 850MHz and 2100MHz are different frequencies used for 3G signals. Your mobile network uses one or both frequencies to deliver service. This booster works on both frequencies at the same time for better coverage.
- Can many people use the signal booster at once? - Yes! This booster can support up to 10 users simultaneously. So, if you have a small family or a few coworkers, everyone can enjoy improved signals together.
- Is there an upgrade option for better performance? - Yes! You can upgrade your external cables or antenna for better performance. If you have weak signals indoors, a higher gain antenna can help improve the connection significantly.
- How do I check if my phone's frequency band is compatible? - You can check your phone's frequency band by dialing *3001#12345# and pressing the call button. Then, look for 'Freq Band Indicator' in the Serving Cell Info. This tells you if you're on Band 5 or Band 1.
