Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- What happens if there's no outside signal? - It's important to know that the signal booster can only strengthen signals; it cannot create a signal on its own. If there is no signal coming in from outside, the booster will not work. Make sure you have some signal available outside before using the booster.
- Is the installation process difficult? - Not at all! The kit comes with everything needed for installation, including an external aerial, cables, and the booster unit. It's straightforward, and many users find it easy to set up themselves. There are also resources available to assist you with the installation.
- What if I need a longer external cable? - If the included 10-meter external cable isn't long enough for your setup, you can upgrade to a longer cable. This allows you to place the outdoor antenna in a better location to capture a stronger signal, ensuring optimal performance for your booster.
- How do I know if I need a higher gain aerial? - If your phone only shows 1 or 2 signal bars indoors, you might want to consider upgrading to a higher gain Yagi antenna. This type of antenna enhances performance and is necessary if your outdoor signal strength is lower than -80 dBm for 3G.
- What is the Lightning Surge Protector? - The Lightning Surge Protector is a safety device included in the upgrade options. It protects your equipment from damage due to lightning strikes.
