It work on both 900Mhz (Band 8) & 1800Mhz (Band 3) frequencies for improving SingTel Mobile, StarHub, M1 and Circles.Life mobile carrier Voice Calls, Text and 4G LTE signal. Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- How can I check which frequency band my phone uses? - To check your phone's frequency band, dial *3001#12345#* and press call. Then, look for 'Serving Cell Info' and find 'Freq Band Indicator'. This will tell you if it’s on the right band.
- Why would I need a higher gain antenna? - A higher gain antenna helps if your indoor phone signal is weak. It's especially useful if your phone shows only 1 or 2 signal bars, helping you get a better connection.
