How It Works

1
The powerful antenna reaches out to access a voice and 3G, 4G, and LTE data signal, and delivers it to the booster
2
The booster receives the signal, amplifies it, and serves as a relay between your phone and the nearest cell tower.
3
Your devices get increased cell reception, and calls and data are fed through the booster back to the network.
Get stronger signal

Normal Cell Coverage
Dropped calls and slow data are generally caused by three things: distance from a cell tower, building materials in your home or office, or obstruction from tall objects such as trees, topography, and buildings.
Signal Coverage with our booster
Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
DO NOT POWER ON THE DEVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS SETUP.

- What is the AT-G2000 Mobile Signal Booster? - The AT-G2000 Mobile Signal Booster is a device that improves mobile phone signal for calls and text messages. It works on a special frequency of 900MHz, which is used by networks like A1, Three, and T-Mobile in Austria. This booster can help boost signals in large places like homes, offices, or hotels, covering areas up to 2,000 square meters.
- How does the signal booster work? - The signal booster takes the existing weak signal from outside and makes it stronger inside your building. However, it’s important to know that if there is no mobile signal at all outside, the booster will not be able to help. It's like having a loudspeaker; if there’s no sound coming in, there’s nothing to amplify.
- What do I need to install the booster? - The AT-G2000 comes with everything you need to get started, including an outdoor antenna, indoor antenna, all necessary cables, and a power adapter. It’s designed to be easy to install, meaning you won’t need any extra tools or complicated instructions!
- Can I upgrade my installation for better performance? - Yes! If the standard 10-meter cable isn't long enough for your needs, you can choose to upgrade it to a longer one. Additionally, there's an option to get a higher gain antenna to improve the signal even more, especially if you're having trouble getting good calls with weak signal strength.
- What should I do if I want to protect my signal booster? - You can upgrade to a Lightning Surge Protector, which will shield your booster from damage due to lightning strikes. This device is easy to install and is designed to handle a lot of energy from surges, keeping your equipment safe.
- Is the booster compatible with all providers in Austria? - Yes, the AT-G2000 is designed to work with several network providers in Austria like A1, Three, T-Mobile, and many others. It improves the signal for all of these networks as long as they use the 900MHz frequency.
- How many users can use the booster at the same time? - The booster can support up to 200 users simultaneously. This means it can be very effective in busy places like offices, hotels, or large homes where many people need to use their mobile phones at once.
- How can I check my phone's frequency band? - You can find out your phone's frequency band by dialing *3001#12345# on your iPhone and tapping the 'Call' button. Then, look for 'Serving Cell Info' to see the 'Freq Band Indicator.' Alternatively, you can use apps like CellMapper or Network Signal Info Pro.
- What if I have questions during installation? - If you have questions during installation, you can refer to the Quick Start Guide available on the product website. This guide provides easy-to-follow steps that can help you set up the booster without any hassle.
- How can I maximize my signal booster experience? - To get the best experience with your signal booster, make sure it's correctly installed with the outdoor antenna placed in an area where the signal is strongest. You may also want to consider upgrading your cables and antennas if you are situated in an area with a lot of interference.
