Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- How do I check which frequency band my phone is using? - You can check your phone's frequency by dialing *3001#12345#* and pressing Call. Then, look for 'Serving Cell Info' on your phone. You can also use apps like CellMapper or Network Signal Info Pro to find this information.
- What should I do if there’s no signal outside? - If there is no signal coming from outside, unfortunately, the booster will not work. It needs some signal to amplify. You may need to find a location where your phone can receive a signal before using the booster.
- What upgrades are available for improving performance? - You can upgrade to a higher gain Yagi antenna if you have weak signal bars indoors. There are also options for longer external cables to reach better signal areas or a surge protector that helps keep your equipment safe from lightning.
