How It Works

1
The powerful antenna reaches out to access a voice and 3G, 4G, and LTE data signal, and delivers it to the booster
2
The booster receives the signal, amplifies it, and serves as a relay between your phone and the nearest cell tower.
3
Your devices get increased cell reception, and calls and data are fed through the booster back to the network.
Get stronger signal

Normal Cell Coverage
Dropped calls and slow data are generally caused by three things: distance from a cell tower, building materials in your home or office, or obstruction from tall objects such as trees, topography, and buildings.
Signal Coverage with our booster
Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
DO NOT POWER ON THE DEVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS SETUP.

- What is a 4G LTE Mobile Signal Booster? - A 4G LTE Mobile Signal Booster is a device that helps improve your mobile phone signal indoors. It works by capturing the existing signal from outside and amplifying it, so you can enjoy clearer calls and faster internet. This is especially helpful if your home, office, or hotel is large or in a signal-dead area.
- How does the booster work? - The booster takes the weak mobile signal from outside your building and makes it much stronger inside. It connects to an external antenna that picks up the signal and to an internal antenna that spreads the improved signal throughout your space, allowing better connectivity for phones on Vodafone, 2degrees, Spark, and other networks.
- Can I install the booster myself? - Yes! The mobile signal booster kit comes with everything you need and is designed for easy installation. It includes all necessary items like antennas and cables, and you can follow the provided instructions or quick start guide to set it up without needing an expert.
- What frequency does this booster support? - The 4G LTE booster operates on the 1800MHz frequency, which is standard for mobile services in New Zealand. This includes major networks like Vodafone, 2degrees, Spark, and Skinny Mobile, ensuring your devices work seamlessly.
- What should I do if there's no signal outside? - Unfortunately, if there's no signal outside your building, the booster won't be able to help. It needs a minimum signal to amplify. You can check your signal strength and consider finding a location with better outside reception before purchasing the booster.
- How much area can the booster cover? - This booster can cover up to 2,000 square meters, making it suitable for large homes, workplaces, hotels, or other sizable spaces. It ensures that all areas receive a stronger mobile signal, no matter where you are indoors.
- Is the booster compatible with all mobile networks? - Yes! The 4G LTE booster is designed to support multiple New Zealand networks such as Vodafone, 2degrees, Spark, Skinny Mobile, and Warehouse Mobile. If your phone is compatible with 4G, the booster will work with it.
- What if I need a longer cable for installation? - If the standard 10-meter outdoor cable isn't long enough for your setup, you have the option to upgrade to a longer cable. This helps ensure you can place the external antenna in a location where you can get the best signal.
- Do I need any additional equipment to install the booster? - No, you don't need any extra equipment! The booster kit comes complete with all items you need for installation, including the external and internal antennas, cables, and power adapters. Everything is included in one price.
- How do I check if I'm receiving a good signal? - To check your mobile signal strength, you can use your smartphone. For iPhone users, dial *3001#12345#* and tap 'Call,' then find 'Serving Cell Info' to see your signal frequency band. This helps you decide if you need a booster.
