How It Works

1
The powerful antenna reaches out to access a voice and 3G, 4G, and LTE data signal, and delivers it to the booster
2
The booster receives the signal, amplifies it, and serves as a relay between your phone and the nearest cell tower.
3
Your devices get increased cell reception, and calls and data are fed through the booster back to the network.
Get stronger signal

Normal Cell Coverage
Dropped calls and slow data are generally caused by three things: distance from a cell tower, building materials in your home or office, or obstruction from tall objects such as trees, topography, and buildings.
Signal Coverage with our booster
Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
DO NOT POWER ON THE DEVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS SETUP.

- What is a mobile signal booster? - A mobile signal booster is a device that helps improve weak mobile phone signals. It takes the existing weak signal from outside, amplifies it, and spreads it inside your home or office, making it easier for people to make calls and send messages.
- How does the Calls - 1000m2 booster work? - The Calls - 1000m2 booster captures weak mobile signals and amplifies them. It works on a frequency of 900MHz, which is used by popular networks like Vodafone, 2degrees, VOCUS, and Warehouse Mobile in New Zealand. This means it improves your call and text quality throughout a large space, up to 1,000 square meters.
- Can I install the booster myself? - Yes! The installation of the mobile signal booster is designed to be user-friendly. You'll receive all the necessary parts and clear instructions. It includes an outdoor antenna, cables, an indoor antenna, and a power adapter, making it easy to boost your mobile signal yourself.
- Will it work if there is no signal outside? - No, the booster needs a signal from outside to amplify. If there is no signal at all outside, the booster won't be able to help. It's important to place the outdoor antenna in a spot where it can receive a good signal.
- Is it safe to use a mobile signal booster? - Yes, mobile signal boosters are safe to use. They comply with regulations and do not cause any harm to people or devices. They simply enhance the existing mobile signal for better communication.
- Can one booster connect to multiple phones? - Absolutely! The Calls - 1000m2 booster can support up to 100 users simultaneously, which means multiple people can enjoy improved signal strength at once.
- What if I need a longer cable for installation? - If the standard 10-meter cable is not long enough for your needs, you can upgrade to a longer cable option. This ensures that you can set up your booster in the most effective location without any trouble.
- How do I check if my device is compatible? - You can check compatibility by verifying the frequency band your service provider uses for mobile signals. For example, in New Zealand, use a simple code on your iPhone: dial *3001#12345#* and check the 'Freq Band Indicator' for Band 8.
- What kinds of problems does a signal booster solve? - A signal booster can help solve problems like missed calls, poor voice quality, and difficulty sending messages. By improving the signal strength, you'll have clearer calls and faster texting, even in larger buildings.
- How do I know if I installed it correctly? - After installation, you should test your phone to see if your signal strength has improved. If you notice fewer dropped calls and clearer conversations, it’s likely you have installed the booster correctly!
