How It Works

1
The powerful antenna reaches out to access a voice and 3G, 4G, and LTE data signal, and delivers it to the booster
2
The booster receives the signal, amplifies it, and serves as a relay between your phone and the nearest cell tower.
3
Your devices get increased cell reception, and calls and data are fed through the booster back to the network.
Get stronger signal

Normal Cell Coverage
Dropped calls and slow data are generally caused by three things: distance from a cell tower, building materials in your home or office, or obstruction from tall objects such as trees, topography, and buildings.
Signal Coverage with our booster
Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
DO NOT POWER ON THE DEVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS SETUP.

- What is a mobile signal booster? - A mobile signal booster is a device that improves the reception of mobile signals inside a building. It does this by taking weak signals from outside, amplifying them, and then broadcasting the stronger signal inside. This helps people make calls, send texts, and access the internet more easily.
- Do I need a signal booster? - If you often experience poor reception, dropped calls, or slow internet speeds indoors, a signal booster can be very helpful. Especially in large homes or offices, a booster can ensure everyone has better connectivity.
- How does the 1000m2 booster work? - The 1000m2 booster works by amplifying signals on two frequency bands: 900MHz and 2100MHz. These frequencies are commonly used by mobile networks in New Zealand. It can improve 3G, voice calls, and text messages over a large area of up to 1000 square meters.
- Can I use this booster with any mobile network? - Yes! The 1000m2 booster is compatible with Vodafone, 2degrees, Warehouse Mobile, and VOCUS networks. It works for both 2G and 3G services, so it can help a variety of users.
- How do I know if my mobile phone will work with this booster? - To check if your phone can use the booster, you need to find out which frequency band it operates on. You can do this easily by using your phone’s special code: dial *3001#12345#* and look for the 'Freq Band Indicator' to see if it shows Band 8 or Band 1.
- Will this booster fix all my signal problems? - A signal booster can greatly improve your reception, but it can’t create a signal if there is none outside. If you have no signal outside, the booster won't be able to help you. It's important to have some signal available for it to work.
- What’s included in the booster kit? - The booster kit comes with everything you'll need for installation: an external aerial (antenna), cables, the booster base unit, an internal aerial, and a power adapter. Everything is packed together for an easy setup.
- Can I install the booster myself? - Yes! The installation process is designed to be simple, and you don’t need to be an expert. The kit includes instructions to guide you through the setup, so you can do it at home.
- What should I do if the standard cables aren't long enough? - If the standard 10-meter cables included with the booster are not long enough for your setup, you can upgrade to longer cables. This will help ensure that the booster gets a strong reception.
- What is the purpose of a lightning surge protector? - A lightning surge protector is an important safety device that helps protect your booster and other equipment from damage caused by lightning strikes. It can handle high electrical surges, making your installation safer, especially if antennas are mounted outdoors.
