Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- What accessories are included with the booster kit? - The kit comes complete with everything you need: an external antenna to catch the signal, cables to connect everything, the booster unit itself, an internal antenna to spread the signal inside, and a power adapter. It's designed for easy installation!
- How can I know if my phone is using the right frequency band? - To check your frequency band on an iPhone, you can dial *3001#12345#* and press the call button, then look for 'Freq Band Indicator' in 'Serving Cell Info.' You can also use apps like CellMapper.
- Will the booster help if there's no signal outside? - No, the booster cannot create a signal. It can only amplify the existing signal from outside. If there's no signal outside your home or office, the booster won't work.
- How many devices can connect to the booster at once? - The booster can support up to 20 devices at the same time! This makes it perfect for households with multiple people using different phones.
- What do I need to do to install the booster? - Installing the booster is simple! Just place the external antenna outside to catch the signal, connect the cables to the booster unit, and set up the internal antenna inside your space. The kit comes with detailed instructions to guide you through the process.
- Is there an option to upgrade the external antenna? - Yes, if you find that you have weak signals indoors, you can upgrade to a higher gain Yagi antenna for better performance. This is especially useful if your phone shows just one or two signal bars.
