Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- Can the signal booster create a new signal? - No, the signal booster cannot create a new signal. It only amplifies the existing signal. If there’s no signal coming from outside, then the booster won’t be able to help you get a better signal indoors.
- How do I check if my phone uses the right frequency band? - To check the frequency band your phone uses, you can dial *3001#12345#* and press the call button. Then click on 'Serving Cell Info' and look for 'Freq Band Indicator'. This will help you ensure that your network matches the booster.
- What comes in the booster kit? - The booster kit includes everything you need for setup: an external aerial, cables, the booster unit itself, an internal aerial, and a power adapter. It's designed for easy installation, so you can set it up without any hassle!
- Can I upgrade the cables? - Yes! If the default 10-meter external cable is not long enough for your setup, you can opt for an upgrade to a longer cable for better coverage.
- What if my indoor signal is very weak? - If you have very weak signal bars inside, you might want to upgrade to a higher gain Yagi antenna. This upgrade will provide better performance, especially if your phone shows weak signal strengths outdoors.
- How can I protect my equipment from thunderstorms? - You can add a lightning surge protector to your setup. This device helps safeguard your equipment from sudden power surges that can happen during storms. It’s easy to install and offers great protection.
- Can multiple users use the booster at the same time? - Yes, the mobile signal booster can support up to 200 users simultaneously, making it perfect for families, offices, or other large groups.
