Custom your solution
Expandable coverage by adding indoor antenna if the outside signal is strong.

How It Works

1
The powerful antenna reaches out to access a voice and 3G, 4G, and LTE data signal, and delivers it to the booster
2
The booster receives the signal, amplifies it, and serves as a relay between your phone and the nearest cell tower.
3
Your devices get increased cell reception, and calls and data are fed through the booster back to the network.
Get stronger signal

Normal Cell Coverage
Dropped calls and slow data are generally caused by three things: distance from a cell tower, building materials in your home or office, or obstruction from tall objects such as trees, topography, and buildings.
Signal Coverage with our booster
Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
DO NOT POWER ON THE DEVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS SETUP.

- What is a mobile signal booster? - A mobile signal booster is a device that helps improve weak mobile phone signal inside buildings. It works by taking the signal from outside, boosting it, and then spreading it around the inside of the house or office, so you can make calls, send texts, and use the internet more easily.
- How does the 3G and Calls booster work? - The 3G and Calls booster works on two different frequency bands: 900MHz and 2100MHz. These are the frequencies used by mobile networks in South Africa for services like 3G and voice calls. It picks up weak signals from outside, amplifies them, and provides stronger coverage indoors.
- Who can use this booster? - The booster is great for people using Cell C, MTN, Vodacom, Virgin Mobile, and several other networks. It's especially helpful if different family members use different mobile networks, as it works for all of them!
- How big of an area can the booster cover? - The booster can cover an area of up to 500 square meters. This makes it suitable for medium-sized homes, offices, or even warehouses.
- Can I install the booster myself? - Yes! The kit comes with all necessary equipment like antennas and cables, and it's designed to be easy to install. If you follow the instructions, you should be able to set it up without needing professional help.
- What do I do if I have no signal outside? - Unfortunately, if there is no signal outside, the booster won't work. It needs a weak signal from outside to amplify it. You may need to find a spot outside with a better signal first.
- Is the booster safe to use? - Yes, the booster is safe and complies with regulations for mobile communications. It simply strengthens existing signals without creating any harmful emissions.
- What additional upgrades can I get for the booster? - You can upgrade to a longer external cable or a higher gain antenna for even better performance, especially if your signal indoors is weak. There's also a lightning surge protector available to keep your equipment safe.
- How many devices can connect to the booster? - The booster can support up to 50 devices at the same time, so everyone in your home or office can enjoy a better signal.
- What should I check before buying the booster? - Before purchasing, check the frequency bands your mobile network uses (900MHz or 2100MHz). You can use a code on your phone or some apps to find this information.
