Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.Installation
- Connect the indoor antenna to the MS port.
- Connect the outdoor antenna to the BS Port.
- Install the outdoor antenna and keep a minimum vertical distance of 10 meters from the indoor antenna.
- Point the outdoor antenna to the direction where you know there is possibly a higher signal strength from the base station.
- Power on the booster and check the signal strength.
- Adjust the outdoor antenna until you get the best signal strength.

- What tools do I need for installation? - You won’t need any special tools, just some basic tools like a screwdriver may come in handy for putting the antennas in place. The kit is user-friendly!
- What if I need longer cables for my installation? - If the standard 10-meter external cable isn’t enough for your space, you can upgrade to longer cables, ensuring you get the best coverage.
- What upgrades are available for better performance? - Yes, you can upgrade to a higher gain Yagi antenna for improved performance, especially if your phone shows only 1 or 2 signal bars. Also, a lightning surge protector can be added for safety!
- How can I check which frequency band my phone uses? - You can check your phone's frequency band by dialing *3001#12345#* on an iPhone and looking under 'Serving Cell Info'. There are also apps like "CellMapper" that can help you with this!
- How many users can connect to the booster at once? - The mobile signal booster can support up to 200 users at the same time, making it perfect for families or larger spaces where multiple devices are used.
